Crunch Fitness in Cary, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily club operations, ensuring members receive top-tier service and a clean, safe facility. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position.

Responsibilities include driving revenue through leadership, training front desk and staff, coordinating with Personal Training and Group Fitness, and upholding SOPs, inventory, payroll, and safety standards while promoting a professional, welcoming

Responsibilities

• Achieve target revenue goals through leadership and motivation of employees
• Daily past due account collections and calls
• Monitor flagged check-ins to increase revenue and collections
• Conduct tours and telephone inquiries for prospective members
• Train and supervise the front desk, housekeeping, and Kid's Crunch staff
• Coordinate and work with other departments, including Personal Training and Group Fitness
• Promote a professional and inviting environment that enhances the quality of service and care offered to members
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies
• Assist with inventory management, payroll, weekly bank deposits, shift coverage, and general club maintenance
• Ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security
