Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Virginia is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in day‑to‑day club operations and to ensure members receive the highest quality of service and facilities. This is a full‑time, salaried exempt position with opportunities to lead a dynamic team.

You will oversee sales, staffing, inventory, and compliance; coordinate with Personal Training and Group Fitness; and uphold standards for cleanliness and safety. Hours vary with club pace and events.

• Hours can be changed and are dependent on club pace and events.

Responsibilities

• Achieve target revenue goals through leadership and motivation of employees.
• Train and supervise the front desk, housekeeping, and Kid's Crunch staff; coordinate with Personal Training and Group Fitness.
• Assist with inventory management, payroll, weekly bank deposits, shift coverage, and club maintenance; ensure cleanliness, safety and security.
