Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Tacoma, WA to deliver world-class service and promote CLUB membership benefits. The role requires handling payments, processing CLUB applications, and providing an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.

You will maintain CLUB Booth cleanliness, stay informed on promotions, and support store operations while meeting customer service metrics and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB membership benefits.
• Process CLUB applications and payments, and answer account questions.
• Maintain CLUB Booth organization and inventory accuracy.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely manner.
• Support other store areas as needed.
