Bass Pro Shops in Texas is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter who delivers world-class service and promotes CLUB Membership. You will be the product expert handling account servicing, member activation, CLUB sales, and ensuring compliance.

This part-time role greets customers, demonstrates products, processes applications, and delivers the full CLUB Member experience while keeping the booth tidy and reporting metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Demonstrate products and maintain CLUB inventory booth.
• Process applications, payments, and CLUB account questions.
• Provide full CLUB member experience and report insights daily.
• Coordinate CLUB operations and compliance programs.
• Support store metrics and keep booth clean and organized.
• Offer peer coaching and CLUB advocacy to teammates.
