Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter to deliver world class customer service and promote CLUB memberships. The CLUB Outfitter will be the product expert while executing account servicing and other CLUB processes to include acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer service.
• Knowledge of CLUB programs and processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities.
• Provide the CLUB experience, process payments and applications.
• Explain benefits and assist with account questions and servicing.
• Keep CLUB booth organized and inventory accurate.
• Support store objectives and provide daily feedback as needed.
