Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro CLUB membership.
• Explain CLUB benefits and activate new members.
• Process CLUB applications and payments.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and booth cleanliness.
• Provide member experiences and reports to management.
• Support store operations and other duties as assigned.
