Bass Pro Shops is looking for a CLUB Outfitter to deliver world‑class customer service and promote CLUB Membership in our stores. You will be the CLUB product expert, handling member acquisitions, activations, sales, and compliance while assisting guests with the CLUB experience.

Responsibilities include guiding customers, processing payments and applications, coaching peers, and reporting activities. A high school diploma and 0–2 years in customer service are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and promote CLUB membership.
• Explain CLUB benefits and enrolling new members.
• Process payments and membership applications.
• Maintain CLUB booth inventory and cleanliness.
• Provide daily feedback and reports; support store areas as needed.
