Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter in a retail setting to deliver world-class service and promote CLUB memberships. You will act as product expert, process member applications, and support sales and account services across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Acquiring and activating new CLUB members; process applications.
• Demonstrate products and keep the CLUB Booth organized and stocked.
• Process payments and answer CLUB account questions.
• Provide CLUB experience and reports; offer peer coaching and advocacy.
• Support all store areas as needed.
