Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class customer service and promote CLUB membership. You will serve as the product expert, process applications, activate new members, and ensure a positive guest experience in the store.

The role requires handling payments, answering account questions, and delivering a complete CLUB Member experience. You will collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and maintain a clean CLUB booth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service/retail role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with applications and activations.
• Process payments and member services at CLUB booth.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the booth clean and organized.
• Provide peer coaching and feedback as a CLUB advocate.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
