Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote the CLUB Membership. You will be the product expert, assist with account servicing, and drive CLUB sales while ensuring a superior customer experience.

You will process payments, answer CLUB questions, and assist with applications, while keeping the CLUB Booth organized and inventory accurate. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and adherence to club policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers proactively and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Present and demonstrate CLUB benefits and exclusive experiences.
• Process payments and handle CLUB account questions and applications.
• Maintain a clean, organized CLUB Booth and accurate CLUB inventory.
• Provide daily feedback and timely, accurate reports.
• Offer peer coaching and support as a CLUB advocate.
• Assist in other store areas as needed based on business needs.
• Ensure compliance with CLUB operational and regulatory programs.
