Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter who delivers world class service and guides guests to CLUB membership benefits. You will become the product expert and handle account servicing, CLUB sales, and membership activations in a fast-paced retail environment.

In this part-time role, you will process payments and CLUB applications, maintain accurate CLUB inventory, and provide a complete member experience with friendly, proactive service and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work part-time and Saturdays if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Greet customers and promote CLUB Membership or enhance current member experience.
• Process payments and CLUB applications; maintain booth organization and inventory.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Provide feedback and timely reports; coach peers as a CLUB advocate.
