Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service and guide guests through CLUB membership benefits, becoming the product expert for CLUB processes.

You will execute account servicing, process payments and applications, coach peers, and support store operations across the sales floor while maintaining accurate CLUB inventory and compliance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities and experiences.
• Demonstrate products and remain knowledgeable of CLUB benefits.
• Process CLUB payments and member applications, and answer account questions.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide daily feedback and reports, and support other store areas as needed.
