Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class service and present guests with CLUB membership benefits.

The role involves becoming the CLUB product expert, processing applications, activating new members, handling payments, and answering account questions to deliver a full CLUB Member experience. Candidates should be comfortable with inventory, reporting, and collaborating with leadership to meet performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities.
• Explain CLUB processes, account questions, and applications.
• Demonstrate products and keep CLUB inventory accurate.
• Process payments and maintain the CLUB Booth.
• Provide daily feedback and reports; coach peers as CLUB advocate.
• Support store operations as needed.
