Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote CLUB membership. You will be the CLUB product expert, processing applications and guiding customers through enrollment while ensuring CLUB processes are followed.

You will greet guests, demonstrate products, and keep the CLUB Booth tidy and compliant with store policies. This role emphasizes member experience, accuracy, and teamwork to support sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to guests and promote CLUB Membership.
• Greet customers and present CLUB enrollment opportunities or enhance experiences for current members.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs; assist with CLUB transactions and applications.
• Demonstrate products to customers and stay knowledgeable about advertised CLUB offers.
• Maintain CLUB Booth organization and inventory; assist with payments and reporting as needed.
• Support store metrics and provide peer coaching and CLUB advocacy.
• All other duties as assigned.
