Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable of sales.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and assist with CLUB applications.
• Maintain CLUB inventory and booth cleanliness.
• Provide peer coaching and feedback.
• Support all store areas as needed.
