Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service to guests while promoting CLUB Membership. The Outfitter acts as product expert, handling account servicing, member activations, CLUB sales, and regulatory compliance.

The role includes processing payments, answering questions, processing applications, and coaching peers to ensure a superior CLUB experience across store duties. Minimum 0–2 years of experience with a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in a customer service environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB Membership.
• Demonstrate products and explain CLUB benefits to guests.
• Process payments and assist with CLUB member applications and activations.
• Respond to member questions and resolve issues as needed.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience across store operations.
• Keep CLUB inventory accurate and the booth clean and organized.
