Job summary

Oak View Group in Texas is seeking a friendly Member Experience Coordinator to support the Member Experience Team. You will help create memorable experiences for Club Members before, during, and after visits, focusing on warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.

Responsibilities include coordinating member communications, promoting events, onboarding new members, managing reservations and event calendars, and assisting with marketing tasks across social media and engagement programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Organized with attention to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute emails to Members meeting the club's communication standards
• Populate event calendar and create event registration confirmations
• Set up for member check-in, i.e., name badges and welcome signs
• Event setup of décor or warm welcomes
• Send thank you cards to speakers
• Take photos of the event
• New Member welcome calls | ‘warm welcome’ | invitation to New Member
