Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Clarksville, IN to provide world-class guest service and promote CLUB membership benefits. You will act as the product expert, processing payments, applications, and member activations while guiding guests through experiences and exclusive offers.

The role requires up to 2 years of experience in customer service, strong communication, and a proactive, self-motivated approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership options.
• Explain benefits and enroll customers into CLUB membership or assist current members with exclusive experiences.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs and process CLUB payments, applications, and activations.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable of advertised sales.
• Provide daily feedback and reports and support CLUB advocacy across store areas.
