Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Sevierville, TN is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter who will serve guests, promote CLUB Membership, and handle member services at the CLUB Booth. You will demonstrate products, process payments, and support CLUB programs while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean booth.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 0–2 years in customer service, and strong communication, organization, and adaptability.

Qualifications

Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience: 0 to 2 Years of Experience.
Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
Experience in a customer service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

Proactively greets customers and presents CLUB membership opportunities.
Executes all Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB operational and compliance programs.
Demonstrates products to customers.
Keeps CLUB inventory accurate and the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
Provides full CLUB Member experience including service processes such as processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
Provides peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
Provides service to all areas of the store based on business need.
All other duties as assigned.
