Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB benefits. You will act as a product expert, support account servicing, and help activate new members while ensuring a compliant, smooth CLUB process.

You will demonstrate products, handle payments, answer member questions, and contribute to a positive store experience. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Proven communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with account setup and activation.
• Demonstrate products and stay informed on promotions.
• Balance service and sales tasks to meet store goals.
• Process payments, answer questions, and handle CLUB applications.
• Provide accurate, timely feedback and store reporting.
