Bass Pro Shops in Louisiana is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world class service, explain CLUB membership benefits, and process applications and activations. You will be the product expert for CLUB offerings and support store operations.

You will greet customers, demonstrate CLUB products, keep the CLUB Booth organized, and provide accurate feedback and peer coaching to teammates. This is a part-time role with benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver world class customer service for Bass Pro Shops CLUB guests.
• Present CLUB membership benefits and assist with acquiring/activating new members.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate CLUB products and assist customers.
• Maintain CLUB Booth organization and inventory.
• Process CLUB payments, applications, and member questions.
• Provide daily feedback and peer coaching to teammates.
