Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter to deliver world-class service, promote CLUB memberships, and provide an expert product experience on the sales floor. You will process payments, assist with CLUB applications, and coach peers to uphold high standards.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and a proactive approach to learning new CLUB processes and store requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to process payments and CLUB applications.
• Stand and walk during shift; light lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership; provide exclusive experiences to current members.
• Explain and demonstrate CLUB products and services.
• Execute CLUB operations and compliance programs.
• Process payments, member questions, and CLUB applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports and support store goals.
