Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote the CLUB Membership to guests. You will act as a product expert, process CLUB applications, handle payments, and maintain an engaging CLUB booth experience.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time benefits are available and the role supports store-wide CLUB initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to guests.
• Explain CLUB membership benefits and enroll customers.
• Process payments and CLUB member applications.
• Maintain CLUB Booth inventory and cleanliness.
• Provide peer coaching and CLUB advocacy.
• Support store operations as needed.
