Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an enthusiastic CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service while promoting CLUB Membership benefits. You will be the product expert, handling account servicing, sales, and applications with accuracy and integrity.

In this role, you will greet guests, present CLUB opportunities, and ensure CLUB operations and compliance are followed. You’ll work across the sales floor to support member experiences and meet store metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Able to adapt to new processes and procedures, and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to guests and promote CLUB Membership.
• Greet customers and present opportunities to join or upgrade CLUB Membership.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs and demonstrate products.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and assist with CLUB applications.
• Maintain CLUB Booth and inventory accuracy, and provide timely reports and feedback.
• Support other store areas as needed.
