Job summary

Bass Pro Outdoor World is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service and guide guests through CLUB membership options. You will act as the CLUB product expert, handle account servicing, membership activations, and ensure compliance with CLUB processes.

Responsibilities include processing payments and CLUB applications, coaching peers, and providing exceptional guest experiences across store areas. Prior experience in customer service is favored.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 0 to 2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide CLUB Member opportunities.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with member enrollment and activation.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of advertised sales.
• Meet store and self-metric goals.
• Keep CLUB Booth organized and inventory accurate.
• Process payments, answer account questions and process CLUB applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports.
• Offer peer coaching and act as a CLUB advocate.
