Paycom - ATS is seeking a Gym Operations Manager in Crowley, LA to oversee all gym functions and ensure an outstanding member experience. You will recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff, supervise front desk activities, and maintain a positive club image.

You will coach performance, ensure policy compliance, manage hours and onboarding in Paycom, and keep the club staffed during all business hours while handling inventory and supplies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Experience in supervision or managing teams is required.
• Ability to lead and coach staff to meet company standards.

Responsibilities
