Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a gym operations manager to oversee daily functions, lead front desk activities, and ensure member satisfaction. You will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff while maintaining a positive club image and adherence to company policies.

Strong leadership and communication are required to effectively coach a team and ensure high service standards. The role emphasizes opening/closing the gym, staff training on promotions, and inventory management, with opportunities
