Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Moline, IL is seeking a Gym Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure a positive member experience, and drive the club’s financial success.

You will recruit and train staff, manage front desk activities, coach performance, ensure policy compliance, and maintain inventory and supplies. This role emphasizes customer service, leadership, and teamwork to keep the club open, staffed, and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
