Paycom - ATS is seeking a Gym Operations Manager in Baton Rouge, LA to oversee daily gym activities, lead a front-desk team, and ensure superb member experiences. You will supervise staffing, onboarding via Paycom, and alignment with company promotions while maintaining a positive club image.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service and organizational skills, with responsibility for scheduling, training, and adherence to policies to keep the club open and staffed during all hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and aptitude for learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
