Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Managing Partner in Training in Moore, OK to lead club profitability and energize the team around clear goals. The role focuses on member satisfaction, timely issue resolution, and maintaining a clean, fully operational facility.

You will drive hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking while managing staff schedules and payroll to ensure optimal coverage. Join a fast-growing, performance-driven team with a culture of hustle and fun.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members.
• Experience in labor management and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7.
