Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly acclimate to the Crunch culture with velocity and a high-performance mindset. You will energize teams around clear goals, drive club profitability, and uphold a superior member experience.

You'll lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, KPI tracking, and payroll, while maintaining compliance and a safe, clean facility in a fast-growing franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members.
• Experience in HR processes: hiring, onboarding, promotion, removal.
• CPR/AED certification required (within 30 days of hire).
• Knowledge of key metrics and inventory control to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor KPI performance and staff scorecards.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent.
• Coach staff to drive sales performance.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility and 24/7 operations.
• Oversee payroll and scheduling to ensure proper staffing.
• Ensure policy compliance and inventory restocking.
