Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to lead a high-energy gym team and drive profitability. You’ll energize the staff around clear goals, ensure member satisfaction, and manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, and payroll to maintain optimal coverage.

You’ll lead with speed and urgency, uphold compliance, inventory control, and deliver an exceptional club experience. A strong leadership mindset and fitness-industry experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent; coach and develop team to drive sales performance.
