Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Moore, OK seeks a Managing Partner in Training to drive profitability via energised teams and clear goals. You will lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking while ensuring exceptional member service and a pristine club environment.

Strong leadership, 2+ years in fitness/service management, and CPR/AED certification are preferred; the role offers growth as you oversee operations, scheduling, and compliance with a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure timely member issue resolution and high retention.
• Recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent; coach for sales and service.
• Monitor KPI performance and manage payroll to maintain staffing.
• Maintain a clean, fully operational facility with compliance adherence.
• Drive profitability through effective policy execution and inventory control.
