Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Managing Partner to lead from the front, building high-performing teams and operating the club as an owner. You will recruit, train, coach leaders, and drive revenue while ensuring top-notch member experiences and a pristine facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Experience owning and managing a location or department profit & loss (P&L).
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 employees.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead high-performing teams through proactive recruiting, hiring, and coaching.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, set expectations, train standards, and drive KPI results.
• Ensure member retention and exceptional experience; maintain a clean, fully functional facility.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and compliance; align with brand standards.
