Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly acclimate into a high-performance culture. You will drive profitability, energize teams, and maintain a clean, welcoming facility while focusing on member satisfaction and retention.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking, manage staff schedules and payroll, and ensure compliance and inventory accuracy across four walls of the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members.
• Experience in labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of key metrics to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Drive club profitability by energizing the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure timely member resolutions and focus on member retention.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking.
• Manage staff schedules and payroll for optimal coverage.
• Uphold high standards across compliance, inventory, and overall club experience.
• Monitor performance and KPI dashboards to guide decisions.
