Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience.
- Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members.
- Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting and removal of staff.
- Knowledge of labor management and inventory control.
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to analyze metrics and drive sales and profitability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.
Responsibilities
- Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
- Recruit, hire and onboard talented staff to meet KPI goals.
- Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
- Maintain a clean, fully operational club and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor payroll, scheduling, and compliance with policies and standards.
