Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly align with our culture and drive club profitability. You’ll energize the team, manage hiring, onboarding, and KPI tracking, and ensure exceptional member service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead staffing, payroll, and compliance while maintaining a clean, fully functional facility and promoting a high-performance culture that rewards results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promotion, and removal of team members.
• Experience in labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software.
• Ability to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7.
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all time.
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance.
