Invited Clubs in Trophy Club, TX seeks an Executive Sous Chef to lead the culinary team under the Executive Chef, ensuring daily kitchen operations, menu planning, procurement, and costs are aligned with high standards.

You'll supervise kitchen staff, enforce food safety, mentor junior cooks, and contribute to budget planning while delivering exceptional service to members and guests in a premier private club environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
• Health and sanitation card.
• Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee menu development and meal planning according to forecasted guest counts.
• Ensure kitchen sanitation and safety compliance.
• Procure food and equipment; manage inventory.
• Determine budget requirements for food supplies and equipment.
• Lead recruitment, scheduling and staff development.
• Represent the club to members and guests with outstanding service.
