Job summary

Invited Clubs in Dallas and Plano, TX, seeks an Executive Sous Chef to lead the culinary team under the Executive Chef and assume full operational responsibility in their absence.

You will oversee menu development, meal production, procurement, inventory, and cost control while maintaining Invited’s high standards of quality and safety. The role offers leadership growth toward an Executive Chef position within a growing private club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
• Health and sanitation card.
• Food service management certification (Serve Safe).

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of menus and meal planning for forecasted member counts.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, including equipment and waste management.
• Procure food supplies and kitchen equipment; manage inventory and counts.
• Determine budgetary requirements for food supplies, kitchen equipment, and materials; control costs.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and scheduling of kitchen staff; develop high-performing team.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain compliance with health regulations.
• Represent the club in member interactions and promote the club's reputation.
