Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of completed food orders from the Kitchen to front-of-house.
• Monitor tickets and ensure timely, accurate preparation.
• Verify order completion and presentation per club standards.
• Confirm garnishes, modifications, allergies, and special requests.
• Organize dishes by table and seat for efficient service.
• Communicate status with chefs, servers, and management.
• Assist with running food to Members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary expo station and stock supplies.
