Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club is seeking a dependable and energetic Expediter to join our Kitchen team. This position will begin on a part‑time basis, with the potential to transition into a full‑time position based on performance, availability, and the operational needs of the Club.
Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen, culinary operation, private club, or similar hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed and organized during high‑volume meal periods. Candidates must be dependable, team‑oriented, and comfortable communicating between both Kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and Club events, is required.
This position will initially be part‑time, with scheduled hours based on the needs of the Kitchen and Club operations.

This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, reach, lift, and carry food‑service items; safely handle plates and trays; and work in a fast‑paced Kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, noise, and varying temperatures.
