Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant, hotel, or country club setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move quickly throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plates leaving the kitchen for proper presentation, accuracy, and temperature.
• Ensure all dishes meet the country club's high-quality standards before serving.
• Act as the primary link between kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring seamless communication.
• Relay any special requests, dietary needs, or timing adjustments to the kitchen team.
• Deliver food items to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Maintain an organized expediting station for efficiency.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Support servers and kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in stocking service areas with necessary supplies.
