Esplanade Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a full-time Expeditor to join Troon’s hospitality team. You’ll act as the communication link between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring high-quality, accurately plated dishes reach guests promptly.

We value hospitality experience, attention to detail, teamwork, and energy. Evening shifts (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM) five nights per week, in a resort-style private club setting, offer a dynamic environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to work evenings (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM), five nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Act as the communication link between the kitchen and the dining room.
• Ensure plates meet quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before leaving the kitchen.
• Deliver food to tables quickly and efficiently.
• Help maintain a smooth and organized service line.
• Support the team in creating an exceptional dining experience for our members.
