Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Cook 2 to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for setting up and executing daily prep, ensuring high quality and consistent presentation of menu items, and maintaining sanitation throughout the kitchen.

You will work closely with Cook 1 and Cook 3 team members to support the leadership and deliver the club’s standard of service. A minimum of 4 years in a kitchen, plus valid Food Handler certification, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prep, and organize workstation for daily service.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station per standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of dishes.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and requests.
