Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 2 to manage setup, prep, and station organization, ensuring high food quality and presentation. You will work with Cook 1 and Cook 3 teammates to maintain smooth kitchen operations and uphold Invited’s standards.

The role requires at least 4 years in a kitchen, strong communication, and the ability to follow recipes and directions under supervision. Competitive schedule supports restaurant operations and guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstation for daily prep and execution.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station according to Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of menu items.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
• May lead a shift in absence of Sous Chef or Cook 3.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and support the 3‑steps of service.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
