Job summary

Houston Hospitality Alliance seeks a General Manager to lead club operations, strategy, and member growth in Houston, TX. The role drives profitability, member satisfaction, and a positive work environment through strong leadership and cross-department collaboration.

The General Manager will oversee budgeting, performance metrics, staff development, and regulatory compliance to ensure financial and service excellence within the club.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in club management, hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing budgets and making sound expense decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business and financial strategy plans for the club.
• Monitor performance metrics against plans to ensure revenue targets across operations.
• Provide strategic leadership to department heads across key areas (Agronomy, Facilities, Fitness & Wellness, Food & Beverage, Golf, Member Experience, Sales).
• Recruit, select, develop, and evaluate department heads.
• Lead recruitment, training, development, and performance management of employees to align value, service, and member satisfaction.
• Implement sales, marketing, and net revenue strategies aligned with financial plans and adjust as needed.
