TPC Houston in Sugar Land, TX, seeks a highly visible General Manager to lead daily operations across all amenities and to develop a strong leadership team that delivers an exceptional member experience.

The successful candidate will own golf, dining, racquet sports, and facilities management while balancing service quality with disciplined financial management and growth strategies. Reports to the Vice President of Private Clubs and partners with ownership to align plans and capital priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of significant management experience, incl. 5+ years as General Manager at a private club.
• Certified Club Manager designation preferred.
• Proven success in membership recruitment, growth and retention.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with employee relations, facilities management and risk management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across golf, dining, racquet sports, fitness, and member services.
• Develop leadership team and set operating standards with training.
• Balance service quality with financial discipline and growth.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and department plans.
• Represent ownership with integrity and engage with the Sugar Land community.
