W3Global in Houston seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead daily club operations, staff, and deliver an exceptional member experience across racquet sports, fitness, and hospitality.

You will drive membership growth, oversee events, inventory, budgeting, and ensure high standards while building a welcoming community. This role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous management experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing business.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience managing staff schedules, events, inventory, and operating budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using booking systems, spreadsheets, and basic business reporting tools.
• Experience with membership management, customer engagement, or business development is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience with padel or other racquet sports is a plus.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily club operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality member experiences.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and budgeting to control costs and maximize revenue.
• Coordinate events, leagues, lessons, and private bookings to drive participation.
• Develop member engagement strategies and grow memberships and participation.
• Collaborate with ownership to monitor performance and implement improvements.
