Job summary

Invited Clubs seeks a General Manager for Hearthstone Country Club in Houston, TX. You will lead strategic direction, operations, and membership growth while guiding a talented leadership team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will manage budgets, implement revenue strategies, ensure top-tier service, and uphold GAAP standards, reporting to the Regional team. Relocation package available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in club management, hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing budgets and allocating expenses to impact profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business and financial strategy plans for the club.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure revenue targets across operations.
• Lead department heads in key areas: Agronomy, Facilities, Fitness & Wellness, Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, Member Experience, Sales.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate department heads.
• Oversee employee development, performance reviews, and recognition.
• Lead sales, marketing, and net revenue strategies aligned with financial plans.
• Maintain expense controls and forecasting; manage debt and leases per GAAP.
• Foster member relationships and maintain high-quality facilities and services.
• Analyze member retention and implement strategies to improve retention.
