Job summary

EōS Fitness in Houston, TX is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead a sales-driven team, grow memberships, and optimize club operations. You will drive performance by setting goals, coaching staff, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will hire and develop leaders, monitor KPIs, and ensure the club meets revenue targets while upholding our core values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales management experience.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, scheduling, and supervising staff members, including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
• Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff members.
• Set and achieve membership and revenue goals, track KPIs, and develop strategies to increase retention and new sign-ups.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff members on performance with clear language.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing member concerns or inquiries.
• Engage with members in a friendly manner, listening to needs and providing helpful responses.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain certifications.
• Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and common areas.
